Project Overview
On behalf of Digby Wells Environmental, The Ethical Agency designed Andrada Mining’s FY2024 Sustainability Report, a 92-page account of the ESG performance of the Uis critical-minerals operation in Namibia. Digby Wells Environmental undertook the environmental consulting and developed the report’s content; TEA gave it a clear, navigable design, reported in line with GRI and SASB and benchmarked against the ICMM Mining Principles. The work covered layout, icon-led ESG scorecards, data visualisation and a consistent navigation system across the document.

Andrada Mining’s FY2024 sustainability report documented a year of ESG performance at its Uis tin, lithium and tantalum operation in Namibia, across safety, communities, environment and governance, reported against the GRI and SASB standards and benchmarked to the ICMM Mining Principles. Digby Wells Environmental undertook the environmental consulting and developed the content; TEA was commissioned for the report design and publication of the 92-page document. We opened by sequencing the whole report with our Publication Planner tool, so a technical, data-heavy volume would read in a logical order before any page was laid out.
We gave the report a brand-aligned design system built on Andrada’s identity, with a six-section, colour-coded navigation structure, “Back to Contents” links on every chapter, themed sub-categories and icon-driven highlight pages. The result is a report a reader can move through with confidence, finding safety, community, environmental or governance data quickly. It is the publication design craft that keeps a dense corporate report from becoming a wall of text.
We translated Andrada’s FY2024 metrics into icon-led ESG scorecards, report-aligned infographics, diagrams and year-on-year data tables, so performance is easy to read and compare. Headline figures include 95% of procurement spent in-country and 99% of employees drawn from the host country, alongside the year’s emissions, energy and water data. This infographic design turns disclosure into something stakeholders can actually absorb.
The report aligns with the GRI Universal Standards and the SASB Metals and Mining indicators, and is benchmarked against the ICMM Mining Principles. Designing to those frameworks means presenting standardised indicators, indices and tables clearly and consistently, the discipline TEA applies across every ESG and sustainability report.
We delivered the report print-ready and as a navigable digital PDF. It was the first of two years of sustainability reporting we have designed for Andrada with Digby Wells, followed by the Andrada FY2025 Sustainability Report.
